We will ship within 5 business days after confirming your order (excluding summer and winter holidays and Golden Week).

*If you choose cash on delivery, please pay a handling fee to the delivery person in addition to the total product price.
7. Defective Products
Defective products are those with scratches or damage on the product's exterior, defects in performance as listed on the product details page, etc.
Please note that the following cases are not considered defective
(Exclusions)
- Defects that arise due to reasons beyond our control, such as accidents during delivery
- When we determine that the product's performance and quality are within the socially acceptable range
- Even if the product's size, color, shape, etc. are different from what you expected, we determine that they are within the socially acceptable range (especially when it comes to color, the actual product may differ slightly due to factors such as the reproducibility of the photo)
- When you do not agree to the time required by us to inspect the defective product
- When the product becomes dirty or damaged while in your possession
