Refund policy

We cannot accept returns in the event of cancellation, return, or exchange due to customer convenience, or damage or stains due to customer's fault. Please be aware of this in advance.

In the unlikely event that the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect during delivery, we will exchange it for a good product at the shipping cost.
