SUVIN is the finest extra-long staple cotton of the Barbadense variety. Developed in India in 1974, it is a hybrid variety of sea island cotton (St. Vincent) and Indian-origin Sujata, and was named after the initials of both cotton varieties. It is hand-picked and produced in small quantities, making it a high-quality, highly valuable cotton. Its long, thin fibers and rich cotton wax give it an elegant suppleness and luster.
